How is client information used?

Big Wahoo may use client information to provide its clients with system information or information about new or upgraded products. The information we collect is used to tailor our communications with you and to ensure a smooth an efficient ordering process for you the customer. Big Wahoo will not share your information with third parties without your permission.

Modification of client information

If clients need or wish to modify any of their information, including unsubscribing from any mail lists, they can update by contacting us on craig@bigwahoo.com.au or via the Contact Page on the Big Wahoo website. It is especially important you keep your contact details up-to-date.

Disclosure of client information and communications

Big Wahoo will not otherwise disclose its client's personal and account information unless Big Wahoo has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Big Wahoo,  Big Wahoo's clients, or others, or where Big Wahoo has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure. 

Big Wahoo also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Big Wahoo stores or transmits for its clients. The circumstances under which Big Wahoo will disclose such electronic client communications are when:

• It is necessary in order to provide service to the client;
• It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Big Wahoo and its clients;
• It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal processes that Big Wahoo determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
• It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Big Wahoo and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
